From the moment you enter our Arroyo Fairways, you will be taken with the beauty of the lush green lawns and instantly you will notice the friendly atmosphere.
Arroyo Fairways is located in the beautiful desert city of Hemet, California, and caters to the mature, active adult. Arroyo Fairways is closely located to the San Jacinto Mountains where you can ski, just enjoy nature at it's best.
Throughout the day and evening, you’ll see residents strolling through the park, on their way to enjoy some of the fun filled activities scheduled.
You can enjoy golfing at our 9-hole golf course, playing shuffleboard, or relaxing in the heated pool and spa. Arroyo Fairways offers a large fully equipped clubhouse that is equipped with a multi-media room with a Big Screen TV. You will love spending time there with the friend that you will meet playing cards, and pool.

“The main reason I live at Arroyo Fairways are the friendly people, personnel and the many activities available for fun and exercise!
Besides the Clubhouse, TV Room, Kitchen and Dining Room, there is a separate building with a laundry room, library, restrooms, and showers provided for the use of the Residents! An outdoor car washing area with a hose and a drain are provided as well as a compressed air hose!
Such thoughtfulness by Management is greatly appreciated by Residents who need these facilities.”
