The residents in the park are very sociable and thoughtful. If you need assistance in any way they are right there. It is pretty and very clean. As for comfort and peace of mind, this is your place to reside. Very quiet and peaceful for relaxing. The management has been very pleasant and acknowledges any problems that may occur. “I sold my house – decided it was time to downsize and move into a 55+ area. I checked several apartments and mobile home parks in Osceola County – where I have lived for many years. Sugar Mill was my pick. As I would often drive by it always appeared to be well maintained. I never heard anything negative about the park. It is on city water & sewer, close to restaurants, banks, drugstores, Wal-mart, and a shopping center. Most within walking or biking distance. It is a quiet park – more like a country subdivision. I feel relaxed here and enjoy nature more- the birds in their morning song – watching the graceful Sandhill Cranes as they stroll through the area.”
