Clearwater Beach Chalk Art Festival.

For three days, over 40 talented chalk artists will transform the sidewalks of Beach Walk on South Clearwater Beach into spectacular larger-than-life-canvases, allowing the public to get a rare glimpse into the way art is produced in all stages of progress.
