Don't miss out on this Mardi Gras Style Caribbean Festival which is popular in the Caribbean and Latin America. There will be four significantly different events which are sure to please different age groups and all Carnival goers. Celebrate with food, music and culture at Festival Park! This one weekend, four event Caribbean Village is sure to get you moving to the rhythm.
According to the event coordinators Saturday evening's event will be called 'Back In The Lime' and it is a cultural vibe. This be they're creating an outdoor dinner theater type atmosphere. This will be geared toward Carnival lovers that would like a quieter atmosphere where you can feel comfortable as this setting is not a party but a show that you can sit, eat, drink and enjoy. Enjoy the sounds of steel pan, the riddim section, drums, a bit of Carnival folklore and hopefully stick fighting while you explore Carnival across the Caribbean cultures, how it is different, how it is similar.
