19th Annual Lavender Festival

Does the smell of lavender soothe you? Have you always wanted to try products and foods made with lavender?

Well you are in luck! The 19th Annual Lavender Festival is coming to 123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn May 5 - July 23, 2023 in celebration of the beginning of lavender harvest season. And there are new hours in 2023! Escape the heat and enjoy the lavender fields at sunset! Over 100,000 lights illuminates the farm at night. This is a family-friendly festival.

Come capture beautiful sunset photos in the lavender fields. Taste lavender-inspired food, drinks, and desserts. Listen to live musical perforamances every night from 6:30 to 9:00 pm. Enjoy a guided tractor tour. Learn how lavender essential oil is extracted. 

Organic herbs that are grown at 123 Farm are showcased in a various family favorites such as: lavender lemonade, lavender ice cream, lavender honey, balsamic vinegar, essential oils, even lavendar-stuffed toys! And don't forget the fresh bouquets and plants!!
