Happy Valentine’s Day to all residents from our staff at Vista Manufactured Home Community. Here’s  hoping everyone has a nice Valentine’s Day with you’re loved ones. Deseándoles a todos nuestros residentes de Vista Community un Feliz DIA Del Amor y La Amistad de parte de todo el personal de vista.

PETS: Residents may not have a pet unless the pet has been approved by Management in writing. We do restrict breed types and sizes of dogs allowed within the community. All pets must be licensed, micro chipped and sterilized with current vaccination records to be within the park.  All vaccination records must be updated with the park manager as they come due. All pets must be kept within your yard or home. At no time may the pet be allowed to walk through the community. All loose or stray animals will be taken to Animal Control.

MASCOTAS: Residentes no pueden tener mascotas del tamaño o tipo que interfiera con los otros residentes de la comunidad al menos que tengan la aprobación de la oficina y todavía seguimos teniendo problemas con esta regla. Por favor de mantener sus mascotas adentro de la yarda. En ningún momento pueden estar en las calles. Todas las mascotas que están sueltas serán llevadas por la perrera.

COMMUNITY COVENANTS: This document provides specific rules governing all residents at Vista Manufactured Home Community. It is important that you read your Community Covenants so that you have a clear understanding of them.

CONVENIOS DE LA COMUNIDAD: Este documento le provee reglas específicas del governamiento de la comunidad de Vista Mobile Home Community. Es muy importante que ustedes lean sus convenios de la comunidad.

Trash Disposal We would like to remind all Residents that there are items that are prohibited from being placed in the community dumpsters. The items prohibited are liquids in glass containers, cooking oil, paint and solvents, automobile parts and fluids and tires, furniture and appliances and anything that is considered Hazardous Waste. NO CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS OR TREE BRANCHES.

FENCING; Residents may fence their home sites if material and design are approved, in witting, by Management. Resident shall not dig any hole or start any fencing before obtaining approval of Management. The construction of approved fencing must be completed in a timely manner and satisfy Community standards. Upon termination of residency, all fencing on the Home site shall become the property of the Community. This fencing may not be removed by the Resident unless authorized by Management, in writing.

CERCO: Los residentes pueden cercar su espacio si el material y el diseño son aprobados, por escrito, por la administración. El residente no cavara ningún agujero o comenzara cualquier cercado antes de obtener aprobación de la administración. La construcción del cerco aprobado debe ser completada en una manera oportuna y satisfacer los convenios de la comunidad. Sobre la terminación de la implantación, todo cerco sobre el sitio se hará propiedad de la comunidad. Este cerco no puede ser removido por el residente al menos que sea autorizado por la administración, por escrito y esto incluye color de la traila y porches.
