Zillow's Hottest Housing Market for 2024

Zillow recently released their annual prediction for the hottest housing markets of the year and we manage five properties close to two cities on the list - Tampa, FL and Orlando, FL! What does this mean for you as an existing resident, or someone looking for a home near one of those cities? With five communities to choose from you'll likely reap these same benefits when you live or purchase a homes in one of our communities. In the Tampa Area we have two locations - Gateway and Riviera Estates. In the Orlando area, we manage three communities - Sugar Mill, Sugar Mill North, and The Mark.
Looking to sell a home? The market boasts solid economic fundamentals, relatively fast-moving for-sale housing inventory, so the home won’t sit on the market too long, and there will be plentiful buyers.
Looking to buy a home? The values of the home are expected to be stable. However, because homes won't sit on the market long, if you find something you love you shouldn't wait as someone else may make that offer before you.
