I intended to just make this a temporary move...

I was very skeptical about moving in to Newport Farms because of the negative reviews posted here.

I needed to move ASAP & this was the cheapest lot rent I could find. I intended to just make this a temporary move.

Before we moved in we did talk with the park manager, Mike. He did help put to rest any concern we may have had. He gave us his personal cell number to call if we had any problem at all. He invited us to call day or night.

After moving in we were pleasantly surprised to find that our street is peaceful & serene. Our neighbors are awesome, we all watch out for each other. We haven't had anything vandalized. I walk to the mailbox and even at night I feel very safe and secure. 98% of the yards are decorated nicely & kept maintained very well.

Our water bills have been actually quite low. We run the dishwasher daily, the washing machine every other day. We use the shower daily and fill up the garden tub a couple of times a week. We use about $19 of water a month.

Tonya sold us our home & she was the sweetest lady. Mike, the park manager, really does care about this community & the maintenance man does his best to help with every problem.

I'm not sure what planet everyone else is on, but here on planet 'Newport Farms,' we are a couple of very happy campers & we have decided that instead of calling this temporary, we will call this home.
