Tarpon Springs Oktoberfest

October 7th thru 9th, 2016

One of Tampa Bay's biggest and most authentic Oktoberfest celebrations, this three day event hosted in Historic Downtown Tarpon Springs will feature authentic German music, food and beer, an arts & crafts show, stein hoisting contests, amusement rides, wiener dog races, dancing and more! This year the festival will also include a Greek festival tent and Italian food areas. Event admission is free.

Friday, October 7

10 a.m. - 11 p.m. Arts & Crafts Show
Noon - 11 p.m. Food & beer tents 6 - 10 p.m. Amusement rides
7 p.m. Wiener Dog Demonstration Race and Balloon Wiener Dog Rac
7:30 - 11 p.m. Live music with the Black Honkeys

Music Intermission - Beer Stein Hoisting Contest 

 

Saturday, October 8

10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Arts & Crafts Show
Noon - 11 p.m. Food & beer, amusement rides, live German music

6 p.m. Wiener Dog Races and Awards Ceremony
6 p.m. Best Beard Contest
8 p.m. Chicken Dance and Best German Costume contests
9 p.m. Beer Stein Hoisting Contest, sing alongs and dancing 

 

Sunday, October 9

11 a.m. Yoga & Beer session under the Big Tent

Noon - 6 p.m. Arts & Crafts Show, live German music, food & beer, amusement rides
6 p.m. Final toast and closing ceremonies
