My husband and I moved from Wisconsin to Deland and into Hidden Hills in 2006 to be near our kids. We looked at several parks but this place really touched our hearts. It's not only beautiful here but the people are so friendly and you never have time to be bored. 
There is always something going on at the clubhouse. Our stores are close by. Doctors and hospital are within a ten minute drive. Downtown Deland is a top tourist attraction with great shops and restaurants.
