I can't think of a better place for us to live.

My husband and I moved to Hidden Hills April 1, 1999. We traveled quite a bit and wanted a community living style because it would be convenient for us when we were traveling.

 We chose Hidden Hills because of the hills and the beautiful oak trees. When you drive into our community and look down a street you simply don't see rows and rows of manufactured homes.

The monthly fees are extremely affordable. We enjoy a beautiful pool and new clubhouse which are always kept clean.

We enjoy the friendly service of the management and the monthly free luncheons.

You can be as busy as you choose to be with daily activities. Our Homeowners Association and monthly newsletters keep you informed. 

Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. We do not pester each other but are there for each other if needed. We also like the fact that pets on controlled.

I can't think of a better place for us to live.
