"At the end of last year, I decided to move to Hidden Hills in DeLand.  I  must say, it was a great decision on my part.   The community is well maintained and the neighbors take pride in their home and community.  I've been greeted with friendly and helpful neighbors as I settle in and get used to my new community.  I enjoy walking and someone is always saying hello and checking on my well-being.  It's a quiet community with lots of mature trees to enjoy.  The area around the pond is so nice to sit and have a quiet moment or meet a neighbor there to chat.  There are activities to join if you'd like to and a very good monthly calendar to get caught up on the activities and resources available.  Theresa and Gary from the Hidden Hills office have really made me feel appreciated as a resident in the community.  When you move to Hidden Hills, you get friendly neighbors, resourceful and helpful property managers and a great place to take it a little easier.  I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a 55+ community to consider Hidden Hills in DeLand!"
