Having lived here for over sixteen years. . .

I live in Vista Manufactured Home Community. Having lived here for over sixteen years, I have seen many changes, many comings and goings.

I have always felt safe and secure. The managers have at all times been helpful and willing to listen.

Upon moving in the by-laws are explained thoroughly before signing. If there are any problems involving the park we are notified at once. There have been many changes outside and inside. The Clubhouse for example has been completely cleaned and little touches added to make it more available to the tenants.

These efforts are appreciated by the "Old Timers.”
