“We have lived in the Mark Mobile Home Park for 23 years. We feel it has been a safe location, with plenty of activities for everyone, including a nice pool and hot tub.”

“My husband and I bought our first manufactured home in Mark Park in February of 1995. We looked at several areas north of St. Cloud before deciding on the Mark. Many of the reasons we settled on the Mark at that time still hold true for us. We originally only spent 6 months in the Mark. We have since sold our main home in Michigan and now spend 8 months here. Eventually we will be full timers.
We especially like the location of the park. It is close to the airport and makes it convenient for guests or our own use now that we fly back and forth. We are from a small town and we like the small town atmosphere of St. Cloud while still maintaining ample stores for shopping and other amenities such as post office, movie theater, senior center for additional activities, etc.
Our park manager is always willing to stop her activities and chat with you if you have any concerns about the park. She is very receptive to suggestions and many times asks if there is something we need in the park to make life more enjoyable. All in all, we are happy with our life at the Mark.”

"I love Mark Park because everyone is so friendly, & like family. Nice homes, well kept & taken care of.
We have social activities, such as potlucks every month all year long. Pool aerobics three times a week, in a heated pool. We have a Social Club, Shuffle Club and Horse Shoes.
We are within a mile from shopping centers, and the post office. Also just two miles from town and less than a mile from a good size lake with a park and riding path.
It’s a great place to relax, or there’s always someone ready to ride bikes with, walk, or just talk.
We are in the middle of the state, close to Disney, Universal, & Orlando.”

“Three years ago my husband and I decided to live in The Mark Park. We chose to stay because its an affordable well managed community. From here it’s easy to get to hospitals, pharmacies, churches, shopping centers, and even Disney World. There are bus stops on both sides of the park where we can get on a bus, sit back, relax and reach our destination for only fifty cents. The park residents are from different states and live here in complete harmony.
So come on down and listen to the mocking birds. They sing for free.”
