The Mark has many wonderful amenities for you to enjoy:
Heated Pool – Enjoy a refreshing swim any season. Our outdoor pool is heated throughout the winter for your comfort. Participate in enjoyable pool events and activities, or just sink into patio furniture on the expansive pool deck to catch some rays (sunscreen recommended).
Spa – Unwind and relax in our soothing and therapeutic spa.
Pets Welcome – We recognize your “family” may include a precious pet. We welcome your four-legged family member! For the protection of all our residents, pets cannot be left outside unattended and some restrictions to breed and size apply.
Clubhouse – Come join in the fun with your friends and neighbors. There is always something going on in the clubhouses. Be sure to check Community News for clubhouse events. Clubhouse can be reserved by residents for special occasions.
Serving Kitchen – From holiday themed dinners to birthday parties and private functions, our clubhouse serving kitchen allows our residents to make the most of every social event.
Laundry Facilities – Two private facilities with coin operated equipment are available for your use. One laundry facility is co-located with the pool for enjoyable multi-tasking and the second laundry facility is located near the front of the community for easy access to the clubhouse.
Multimedia Room/Area – Sit down with your friends and enjoy a movie night! Our multimedia area is available for you to enjoy. Bring your friends, the popcorn and sit back and relax and enjoy the show!
Billiards – A full size table and quality equipment are available for your use. Strike up a match with friends or participate in tournament event.
RV Storage – RV Storage is available during off season at co-located The Mark RV Park. Check with management on availability and pricing.
Outdoor Recreation Area – Open spaces add peace and tranquility to the community. You can sit and relax, taking in the surroundings and nature, or engage in more active outdoor activities such as bocce ball or croquet.
Shuffleboard – Whether you have a competitive streak and want to be part of a team that plays in an inter-community league, or you prefer to play in pressure-free social tournaments, we have the multi-court, competition grade shuffleboard facility and activity that is just right for you.
Horseshoes – This seemingly simple game is challenging and addictive. We have multiple courts for you to fine tune you’re pitching skills and earn community bragging rights.
Lake – There’s something special about lakes and the wildlife they both attract and host. We hope you enjoy the views from our large lake!
