HB Concert Band Summer Series 2015

Bring out your lawn chairs and blankets! The HB Concert Band Summer Series is an eleven-week series featuring a variety of performance groups and music, such as community bands, Latin bands, and swinging Big Bands. The 2015 Summer Series begins June 28th, 2015.

The Wiseguys Big Band Machine
Blend of swing and jazz, Rat Pack style. Free Swing dance lesson with Michael and Olivia at 4:15pm preceding the concert!

Covina Concert Band and Huntington Beach Concert Band
Americana, Broadway show tunes, marches, and more. 100+ performers!

August 23
Bob DeSena
Exciting Latin jazz and fiery rhythms in the legendary tradition of Tito Puente and Cal Tjader, winner of LA Music Awards “Jazz Artist of the Year 2014.” Free Latin and Swing dance lesson with Oleg at 4:15pm preceding the concert!

Laguna Beach Community Band
A traditional concert band, always an audience favorite.

September 6
Mike Henebry Orchestra
Internationally acclaimed orchestra authentically recreating music of the famous Big Bands of the Swing Era. Free Latin and Swing dance lesson with Oleg at 4:15pm preceding the concert!
