Convenience of grocery and drug stores...

During a trip to Florida in 2006, with my sister, we just happened to find this manufactured home community in Deland.  I found a beautiful home and called my husband and he said go for it.  I did.

This community is beautiful and very well maintained.  The people that live here are wonderful and very caring.  They just happen to have a story, as we all do, and when you take the time to listen you can appreciate "their" lives.  Retired State Troupers, teachers, nurses, writers, business owners of all sorts and the lovely MOMS who raised a brood of children.

We have a great clubhouse and a wonderful Association that has activities for the members.  Lots of fun.

The convenience of the grocery and drug stores, the restaurants, the doctors and hospitals and how close we are to major attractions.

I'm glad we are in Hidden Hills, a community that cares about their residents.
